IMAGE ART SHOW TERMS & CONDITIONS

There are no entry fees to exhibit or participate in IMAGE.
Artwork entered must be original, conceived and executed by the artist entering the show. Copies will be rejected. Artwork submitted must have been executed without the help of an instructor, online tutorials, or be AI generated. No reproductions of another’s artwork allowed.
Entries must be of recent work (within the last 3 years), and not exhibited at a previous IMAGE Show.
All wall hanging show entries must be framed (unless a frame is inappropriate for the artwork) and wired for hanging. Sawtooth hangers are not allowed.
Artwork needs to fit through a standard door opening (36" x 78”).
Artwork must remain hung for the duration of the show, no early release allowed.
Award winning artwork will be transported to the ECRAC Gallery for display. This will be done by the IMAGE Art Show Curator. However, if the artwork is oversized or extremely fragile, we may ask the artist to transport to ensure the safety of the artwork.
The IMAGE Art Show Committee and ECRAC reserves the right to refuse artwork to be displayed in the IMAGE Art Show for any reason and it any time.
ECRAC reserves the right to use photographs of any submitted works of art, or artist in IMAGE Art Show 2022, for educational, catalog, show brochure, internet, or publicity purposes.
